These dogs live down the block from me and after 4 months as their neighbor, they still bark at me as I walk by. That is… if they're not sleeping or too lazy.
That is a trash bin on the wall, yes. The sticker on the side of it is the symbol of the municipality.
The area to the left around the corner of the wall is an old school cul de sac so I'm wondering if the graffiti is more of a no parking sign? That's my best guess at first glance.
Is that a public refuse container hanging on the wall? Please expound on the sign/graffiti as well.
